PASTOR CHRIS HODGES
Chris Hodges is the founding and senior pastor of Church of the Highlands. He has a deep passion for developing leaders and planting life-giving churches. He co-founded ARC (Association of Related Churches), which has launched hundreds of churches across the United States. He also founded Grow, specializing in training and resourcing pastors and churches to help them break barriers and reach their growth potential. Chris is also the founder and Chancellor of Highlands College, a ministry training school that trains and launches students into full-time ministry careers. Chris and his wife Tammy have five children and live in Birmingham, Alabama. He speaks at conferences worldwide and is the author of Fresh Air, Four Cups, The Daniel Dilemma, and What’s Next?.
PASTOR TIM TIMBERLAKE
Tim Timberlake serves as a lead pastor of Celebration Church Jacksonville. Tim is a gifted communicator and teacher that has the ability to minister to people of all cultures and generations through his in-depth Bible teaching, sense of humor, and leading of the Holy Spirit. God has given Tim a vision and a heart for helping people meet Jesus, and each week he teaches the Word in a format for people to apply it in their daily lives. Tim and his wife, Jen, have one son, Maxwell. Tim is an avid sports fan and a popular thought leader. He is also a graduate of the Pistis Bible College in Detroit, Michigan.
KEN POLK
Ken Polk is the Founder and CEO of Arlington, one of its industry’s most uniquely built family offices, with over $10B in assets under stewardship. Arlington’s unique approach centers on creating value beyond money and purpose beyond generations. He authored The Spirit of Wealth Preservation, revealing the 3 Laws of Preservation and providing insight into the Arlington story path that led to its transformational stewardship ownership model. Ken Polk entered the wealth management industry by way of Lipscomb University and Deloitte. At the age of twenty-five, Ken founded Arlington and today remains focused on an objective to help others build a better family, a better business, and, ultimately, a better society. Ken lives in Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife, Ashley. They have four children.
LANI DOLIFKA
In 1984, Lani and her husband, Don, founded Watermill Express, the nation’s largest drive-up, pure drinking water company with over 1,300 locations. The company, which operates in nine states, is based on providing safe, affordable drinking water. Lani serves as Watermill Express's CEO, managing the day-to-day functions of the company. Lani is not only a successful entrepreneur but a wife of 26 years to her husband and a mother of two children, ages 16 and 20. Prior to serving on Vapor's board, Lani has served on several for-profit and non-profit boards and has been blessed with many opportunities to give, serve and volunteer.
JESS CORRELL
Jesse (Jess) T. Correll is founder and chairman of the board for First Southern Bancorp, Inc. First Southern is based in Stanford, Kentucky, and is the parent company of First Southern National Bank. Correll is an entrepreneur at heart and a creative, visionary leader. He is a passionate giver. He established and leads The River Foundation, which gives to Christ-centered organizations. Jess is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UTG, an insurance company headquartered in Stanford, Kentucky. He is co-owner of Marksbury Farms and The Bluebird, a farm-to-table restaurant in KY. Jess is married to Angela Crouch Correll and they have three children and five grandchildren.
DENNIS ROSS
As the founder of Book Ambition Inc., Dennis Ross serves authors and corporations from Wall Street to Silicon Valley. For them, he creates compelling stories used to sell their products and services. As a ghostwriter for thought-leaders, Dennis has written more than 15 books from business to law, self-help to biographies. His innovative approach to story creation is based on a renaissance professional history. One that extends from writing for the best-selling R & B group of all time, Boyz II Men, to heading an equity derivatives division of a biotech pharmaceutical hedge fund. Dennis has a BA in Speech/Rhetoric from Georgia State University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
